By using workspace-forestcore.click or commissioning work from ForestCore Workspace Ltd, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or engage our services.
Services described
Pages on this site describe measurement consulting and multi-channel attribution dashboard commissions. Pricing pages are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written quote or statement of work.
Intellectual property
Site content, visual design, and documentation templates remain the property of ForestCore Workspace Ltd unless a statement of work assigns deliverables to you. Upon full payment for a dashboard commission, you receive rights to use the delivered board and glossary for your internal business purposes. You may not resell our templates as a competing service.
Client materials
You warrant that data, credentials, and brand materials you provide are lawfully shared with us. You remain responsible for licences related to your analytics and advertising vendors.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law applicable in Great Britain, ForestCore Workspace Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from decisions made using attribution models. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the wider applicable law of Great Britain. Courts in Glasgow have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised text.
